Import Process from Japan

At the beginning we define expectations and initially establish the financial scope within which we will search for a vehicle. The entire process from searching for a car to the final touches, such as applying wax, will be coordinated by our experienced employees.

Then we move on to market research. We check whether given models appear on auctions and determine the popularity of the car. We also determine the condition and quality of cars from archived auctions. We also deal with matching the budget to the models on offer.

We present the information gathered during the research with the required budget. When the financial range matches

the prices of the car on the Japanese market and the costs of import, we move on to searching for a vehicle.

We search for cars that meet the requirements. Before starting the auction, our experienced inspector checks the technical and visual condition of the car. The inspection is usually carried out in person. When the technical condition does not raise any objections, the auctioneer takes part in the auction.

The documentation for the import process and the car deregistration are being prepared. The vehicle condition is being checked again. The customer receives photo documentation regarding the appearance and technical condition of the vehicle.

The car is delivered to Europe by sea. However, there are two options for transport

The expected delivery time to the customer is about 3 months. However, sometimes there may be delays due to factors beyond our control. In case of complications, we inform the customer and constantly monitor the situation. When the ship arrives, the car takes part in the customs clearance process (1-3 business days).

After customs clearance, the car is taken to a parking lot where it awaits transport to the country. Depending on the customer's expectations, the vehicle is delivered directly to them or may undergo additional services.
